Although I know that background information (work experience)
is important when considering a Denver REALTOR, I think equally
it is also important to know who I am. My strengths in Denver
real estate are Marketing, Negotiating and Contract Law. My success
is due to sincerity, honesty and ability to communicate effectively
with other realtors and other buyers and sellers in the Denver
Metro area. I am proud to say that 97% of my business has come
from past clientele and referrals. I feel this is the strongest
indicator that the clients with whom I have worked are more than

On a personal note, I am married and we have 4 children. We currently
reside in the Arvada area, a surburb of Denver. I have lived in
Denver since 1979 and the state of Colorado has been our home
for many years. We love our Rocky Mountain lifestyle. Our family
enjoys skiing, golf, water sports and vacationing. All of which
we can do right at home. I am eager to share my knowledge of the
community with you. I have done quite a bit of research about
schools, neighborhoods, parks, recreation and other community
issues.
I am extraordinarily passionate about what I do. It's not simply
real estate; it's all about people. When we have come to the conclusion
of our Real Estate transaction, my goal is that our relationship
will continue. I have represented many of my friends as clients,
but what I truly love are the clients who have become wonderful
